This cute and funny Tootsie Roll is a 5-year-old Italian Greyhound from Deland, FL.

Pet parent, Debbie, went to the store and bought the material and started sewing.
"I wasn't sure how to make the costumes but Sniffer and I think it turned out well for our first time, "says Debbie, who adds that Sniffer is truly a blessing and joy to the family.
