You will need a shaggy fabric that resembles lion's main, size it to wraps around your dog's neck and chest. A simple buttons or a velcro that are attached on the chest part, will keep the costume buttoned.

If fabric's inside feels itchy to touch, make sure you use lining to keep your dog comfortable.
